Will my certification be through American Heart Association or The American Red Cross?

For all Healthcare Provider classes (BLS, ACLS, PALS, & Instructor Courses & K-12 CPR for Schools), certification is completed through the American Heart Association.

For all other classes (CPR/AED/First Aid) the certification will be completed through the American Red Cross.

Where are you located?

We have conveniently located training rooms in both Ferndale and Southgate, Michigan.

Do you offer mobile training?

We sure do! For groups of 7 or more or 10 or more for longer distance from our Ferndale office we can come straight to you and train conveniently at your location.

What is your Reschedule/Cancellation policy?

Reschedule:
For ACLS and PALS classes, all reschedules must be done outside of 48 hours before 9am on the date of class to not be charged the $25 reschedule fee. For all other classes we charge a $15 reschedule fee if not done outside of 24 hours prior to 9am that date of training.

Cancellations:
Refunds for ACLS and PALS classes will not be eligible inside of 48 hours prior to 9am on the date of training. For all other trainings, refunds are not eligible within 24 hours of class date at 9am with no exceptions. No shows for all appointments will result in required rescheduling fee.

All blended learning classes and instructor training classes are non-refundable

How do I register for training?

In order to attend, you must be registered and have a confirmed appointment. You can do so by registering and paying for your training either over the phone or right on the website under Register For Training tab.
